Refund and Returns

 

Overview

At Min Hijabi, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected, and therefore we offer a smooth and fair return policy for hijabs.

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item meets our hygiene and quality standards. To be eligible, the hijab must:

  • Be unused and unwashed

  • Be in original condition and packaging

  • Have no perfume, makeup, or stains

Because hijabs are personal clothing items, we follow hygienic guidelines to protect all our customers. This means we cannot accept returns of used or worn hijabs.

Our intention is to provide a safe, respectful, and transparent shopping experience. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will solve it immediately. You can contact our support team and we will assist you with your return, exchange, or refund as quickly as possible.

We are always here to help — and want you to feel comfortable, beautiful, and confident in your hijab.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email or message. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few working days for the payment to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are not refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • If the hijab shows any signs of use (makeup, perfume, stains, washing, strong smell, etc.), we will not be able to approve the refund.

  • Refunds apply only to regular-priced items. Sale or clearance items are not refundable unless faulty.

If more than 7 working days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us so we can assist you.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account or payment app again.
    Sometimes refunds take a few days to show.

  2. Contact your bank / card provider.
    There may be a processing delay before the refund appears.

  3. Check your email for confirmation from us.
    Make sure you received a message that your refund was approved and processed.

  4. Still nothing? Please contact us.
    If more than 7 working days have passed since your refund approval, get in touch and we will assist you immediately.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a hijab might not be the right color, fabric, or style — and we are happy to help you exchange it if possible.

 

Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The hijab must be unused and unwashed

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • No perfume, makeup, or stains

  • Request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

How Exchanges Work

If the item is in stock, we will offer you:

  • Another color

  • Another fabric

  • Or store credit to use later

If the requested hijab is out of stock, you may:

  • Choose another available hijab

  • Wait for restock

  • Or request a refund (if eligible)

Shipping Cost

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product.
If the item arrived wrong or damaged, we will cover the cost.

How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange, please contact us with:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Product you want to exchange

  • New color/fabric you prefer

Gifts

Ordering a Hijab as a Gift

If you are buying a hijab as a gift, you may add a note at checkout or contact us after your purchase. We can:

  • Remove price tags

  • Add a gift message

  • Wrap the hijab beautifully (if gift wrapping is available)

Gift Returns 

Hijabs that were received as a gift can only be exchanged or refunded if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • The request is made within 14 days

  • A proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt)

Gift Refunds

If a gift is returned, the refund can only be issued to:

  • The original payment method, or

  • A store credit that the receiver can use for future purchases

We cannot send the refund directly to the person who received the gift — only the original buyer can receive the refund.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
